    Co-founder and Chairman of Optimizer Foundation

    Helena Riese Harstad is an experienced impact investor and lawyer. She co-founded and leads the Optimizer Foundation, which over the past nine years has invested in early-stage companies in education, health, and youth employment across parts of Africa. In parallel, she has built an early-stage angel portfolio of UK-based climate companies as a member of the Green Angel Syndicate. She is a regular speaker on social finance and impact investing at Oxford University and UCL and brings expertise in impact investing and measurement, health and education, developing markets and climate.

    Sofia Ekensten has been appointed Brand Director of Ellos with the overall responsibility to lead Ellos' operational development. Sofia, who has a solid background as Sales and Buying Director for Ellos and from the retail industry in general, will report to Hans Ohlsson, President and CEO of Ellos Group.

    Sofia has over 20 years of experience from the retail industry in various purchasing and business development roles at companies such as Intersport, Lindex, and NilsonGroup. Sofia has been employed by Ellos Group since 2014 and is a member of the Group Management Team. Her most recent role has been as Sales and Buying Director at Ellos.

    Artist

    Artist, producer and entrepreneur in the music industry that leads with gratitude and service as core values. He has over 20 million streams on Spotify, participated in Melodifestivalen as a songwriter, and won the competition ‘I am music 2017’.

    In 2026 he is releasing his second album as well as launching a digital platform for music creators.

    Bilgen has spent fourteen years across private banking, wealth management, and family office advisory in Sweden and Luxembourg. As co-founder of Northbridge Investment Office she works with entrepreneurs, families, and sophisticated investors on gaining access to asset classes in a regulated and structured way. She holds a Master of Finance and Business from Stockholm University.

    Helena Wedin
    Head of ETF and ETP, Nasdaq

    Helena has spent over thirty years at Nasdaq building the infrastructure through which European investors access financial markets. In 2015 she led the listing of the world's first regulated crypto product, making Nasdaq Stockholm the exchange that opened the door. She has overseen the Nordic ETP market ever since, growing it at close to 20% annually for over a decade.
