How do I register? Register online via our event website. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket and QR code.
Can I register on-site? Limited on-site registration may be available, but we strongly recommend pre-registering to secure your spot.
Do I need to print my QR code ticket? No, simply show your QR code on your phone upon arrival. It will be scanned and you’ll receive an entrance bracelet.
If you have a student ticket, please bring your Mecenat card and a valid photo ID.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? Yes. You can update the attendee name via your registration confirmation or contact us at fearless@feminvest.se before the event. Please note that some tickets may have transfer restrictions.
Arrival & Opening Hours
What time should I arrive? We recommend arriving early to allow time for check-in, exploring the EXPO, and networking before the stage program begins.
What are the opening hours? Doors open at 13:00 EXPO is open between 13:00 and 21:00 Stage program starts at 14:00. Please check the agenda on the website for full session details.
Can I leave and re-enter the event? Yes, re-entry is allowed with your event bracelet.
