Terms and conditions

Event Ticket purchase

1. Purchase and Payment

- All ticket purchases are final once payment is processed. Prices are shown in SEK and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment methods accepted: Debit and Creditcard

- You agree to provide accurate contact details. Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be verified.

2. Ticket Delivery

- Tickets are delivered by email to the address you supply at purchase as e‑tickets/QR codes unless otherwise specified. It is your responsibility to check the email address for accuracy and spam/junk folders.

3. Refunds, Exchanges & Transfers

- Refunds: “Tickets are non‑refundable”.

- Exchanges: Changes to ticket type/date are allowed only if explicitly permitted and may incur fees.

- Transfers: Tickets may be transferable. Transfers are allowed, they must be made via email to fearless@feminvest.se

to remain valid.

4. Event Changes & Cancellation

- The organizer reserves the right to change the event date, time, venue, lineup or format. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date unless otherwise notified.

- If the event is canceled, the organizer’s liability is limited to the ticket purchase price unless otherwise required by applicable law. If the event is cancelled, the attendee shall be offered equivalent tickets to a future Fearless conference held in the Nordics.

5. Entry Conditions

- Admission requires a valid ticket (e‑ticket/QR code) and, where required, government ID matching the ticket name. Entry may be refused for intoxication, disorderly conduct, safety concerns, or suspected fraudulent tickets.

- Re-entry rules: Re-entry allowed with wristband.

6. Ticket Validity & Security

- Duplicate, altered or counterfeit tickets are void. The organizer uses QR codes/barcodes and reserves the right to invalidate suspicious tickets.

- Do not share your e‑ticket edit links or QR codes publicly. The organizer is not responsible for misuse of tickets shared by customers.

7. Personal Data & Privacy

- Personal data collected at purchase will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data may be used for ticketing, event communication, security, and marketing.

- You have rights to access, correct or delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Photography, Recording & Marketing

- By attending you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless you notify staff at the event. Requests to opt‑out should be made to fearless@feminvest.se.

9. Health & Safety

- Attendees must comply with event health and safety rules and instructions from staff. The organizer may refuse admission or remove attendees who pose a risk to others.

10. Limitations of Liability

- To the extent permitted by law, the organizer’s total liability relating to tickets or the event is limited to the price paid for the ticket. The organizer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Complaints & Support

- For ticketing support, changes or complaints contact: fearless@feminvest.se. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

- These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to Terms

- The organizer may update these Terms & Conditions; material changes will be notified on the website or by email to ticket holders.
